This policy explains what information Sabri Car Lift (“we”) collects when you use sabritransport.ae, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form, WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to give us: usually your name, mobile number, Sharjah pick-up area, Dubai drop-off point and office hours. Corporate and bus rental enquiries may also include a company name, work email, number of passengers, dates and route.
How we use it
Only to check route and seat availability, prepare your quotation, contact you about your enquiry and run the transport service you agree to. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
WhatsApp and third parties
Messages sent on WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms. Form submissions may be delivered to our inbox by an email-delivery provider acting for us.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond and, for customers, while the service is active plus any legal record-keeping period.
